Since we ship directly from our studio in Rohtak, most orders across North India arrive within 3-4 business days. For the rest of India, it typically takes 5-7 business days.
Yes! Every item tagged as "Handmade" is crafted with care by our local artisans. We pride ourselves on the unique imperfections that make every gift one-of-a-kind.
We love creating bespoke items! Please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page with your requirements, and we will let you know if we can create a custom version for you.
Because our items are handcrafted, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged. Please record an "unboxing video" to help us process your claim quickly.
