How long does delivery take to my city?
Since we ship directly from our studio in Rohtak, most orders across North India arrive within 3–4 business days. For the rest of India, it typically takes 5–7 business days.
Are all products genuinely handmade?
Yes, absolutely. Every product in our catalogue is either handcrafted in our own studio or sourced directly from vetted artisans we work with regularly. We do not stock mass-produced items.
Can I request a custom or personalised gift?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalised. Contact us before placing an order and we'll let you know what's possible for that specific item.
Is gift wrapping really free?
Yes. Every single order — regardless of size or value — comes beautifully wrapped in our signature Wrapcraft packaging at zero additional cost.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund with no questions asked.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we only ship within India. We are working on enabling international shipping. Follow our social media for announcements.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the item may already be in production. Contact us immediately.
How do I apply a coupon code?
During checkout, you'll see a "Apply Coupon" field in your cart. Enter the code (e.g. WELCOME10) and click Apply before proceeding to payment.
